Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)

You are entitled to cancel your contract with us within thirty (30) days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.

The withdrawal period runs for thirty (30) days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), received possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us through a clear statement at support@premier-man.com.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.

Return Shipping — We Cover It

Returns are free. Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a prepaid Royal Mail tracked return label by email. You will not be charged for return shipping, even for change-of-mind returns.

Condition of Returned Items

Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, with the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted. Always start your return by contacting support@premier-man.com.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email support@premier-man.com within 30 days of delivery, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply within 1 business day with a prepaid return label and instructions on how and where to dispatch your package.
  3. Drop your parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office or collection point.
  4. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we inspect it within 5 business days.
  5. Your refund is processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Refund Timelines (Per Case)

  • Change of mind: 30-day window. Free return label. Refund within 10 business days after we receive the item.
  • Wrong item received: Notify us within 14 days of delivery. We arrange a free pickup OR send a replacement at no cost.
  • Defective or damaged on arrival: Notify us within 14 days of delivery with photos. Full refund OR free replacement — your choice. We cover return shipping.
  • Missing item from order: Email us within 14 days with your order number; we dispatch the missing item or refund the missing line within 5 business days.
  • Damage during transit: Photograph the parcel and damaged goods within 48 hours. We file the claim with the carrier — you receive a refund OR replacement within 10 business days.
  • Order never arrived: If tracking shows no delivery after the estimated date plus 5 working days, contact us. We open a missing-parcel investigation; refund or replacement issued within 14 business days of confirmation.
  • Exchange for different size or colour: Send the original back using our free label; once received, we dispatch the new item free of charge.
  • Cancel before dispatch: Email us immediately at support@premier-man.com. If the order has not yet been picked, we cancel and refund within 3 business days.

How You Receive Your Refund

Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method (the card, PayPal account or other method used at checkout). Once approved, expect:

  • Card refunds: 5–10 business days after we approve the refund (your bank's processing time).
  • PayPal: Usually within 3 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you still have not received your refund, contact support@premier-man.com.

14-Day EU Withdrawal Right

Where your order is delivered within the European Union, you also have a separate statutory right to cancel or return within 14 days, regardless of the 30-day policy above.

Refusal of Delivery

Refusing a delivery is not a valid return. Please accept the parcel and then follow the return process above so we can track and refund your order properly.
