Where We Ship

PremierMAN ships to all addresses in the United Kingdom and to the European Union. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination.

Shipping Costs — United Kingdom

  • Free Standard Delivery on all UK orders over £50.
  • Standard Delivery£2.90, 3–5 business days, Royal Mail tracked.
  • Express Delivery£4.99, 2–3 business days, Royal Mail Tracked 48 priority.

Order Processing Time

Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on a business day are picked, packed and dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 14:00 GMT, or on weekends and UK bank holidays, are dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times are calculated from the dispatch date, not the order date.

  • UK Standard: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
  • UK Express: 2–3 business days after dispatch.
  • European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch (varies by country and customs).

External factors such as postal strikes, extreme weather, remote delivery areas or national holidays may cause minor delays beyond our control. We will keep you informed if your order is affected.

Carrier

All UK orders ship with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (standard) or Royal Mail Tracked 24 (express). EU orders ship via Royal Mail International Tracked partnered with the local postal carrier in your country (La Poste, Deutsche Post, Correos, PostNL etc.).

How to Track Your Order

You receive your tracking number two ways:

  1. Dispatch email: as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you receive an email titled "Your PremierMAN order has been dispatched" with a clickable tracking link.
  2. Account page: log in at premier-man.com/account → "Order history" → click on your order → your tracking number is shown with a direct link to the Royal Mail tracking page.

If you checked out as guest, the tracking link is in your dispatch email. Lost the email? Email us at support@premier-man.com with your order number and we will resend it.

How to Check Tracking Status

Click the tracking link in your dispatch email or account page. You will see the parcel's status (Accepted → In transit → Out for delivery → Delivered) updated by Royal Mail in real time. If the status hasn't updated in 48 hours, contact us.

Address Errors & Failed Deliveries

If your address is incorrect or incomplete the package may be returned to sender. It is your responsibility to ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. If you spot an error, email support@premier-man.com immediately — if your order has not yet been dispatched we can update the address. After dispatch, address changes are at the carrier's discretion.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If tracking shows your parcel was not delivered after the estimated date plus 5 business days:

  1. Check with your neighbours and the safe place where Royal Mail typically leaves parcels.
  2. Contact your local Royal Mail delivery office quoting your tracking number.
  3. If the parcel is still missing after these steps, email support@premier-man.com. We open a missing-parcel investigation with the carrier and issue a refund or replacement within 14 business days of confirmation.

Item Missing From Order

If part of your order is missing on arrival (e.g. you received 2 of 3 items), email us within 14 days with your order number, a photo of the parcel contents and a list of what is missing. We dispatch the missing item or refund the missing line within 5 business days — no return required for the items you did receive.

Damaged Parcels

Inspect your parcel on receipt. If it arrives visibly damaged, photograph the package before opening, then photograph the damaged contents. Email these to support@premier-man.com within 48 hours. We file the carrier claim and arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
