Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their commercial or self-employed professional activity.

A business customer is any natural or legal person, or a legal partnership, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the course of their trade or self-employed profession.

2. Contractual Partner & Formation of Contract

The purchase agreement is concluded with BMM DIGITAL LTD.

BMM DIGITAL LTD is registered in England and Wales under Company Registration Number 16603634. Registered office: 128, City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, UNITED KINGDOM.

Product representations in our online shop are not legally binding offers but a non-binding online catalogue. You may add products to your shopping cart without commitment and amend your entries at any time before submitting your binding order.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer for the items in your cart. Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

The contract is formed based on the payment method you choose:

  • Klarna Invoice: the contract is concluded once we send a separate confirmation email or dispatch the goods within two days.
  • Credit Card: by placing the order, you authorise your credit card provider to process the transaction. The contract is concluded upon payment initiation.
  • PayPal / PayPal Express: you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. The contract is concluded once the payment is confirmed.
  • Amazon Pay: you will be redirected to Amazon to confirm your payment and delivery details. The contract is concluded once Amazon confirms payment and you complete the checkout.

3. Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is English. We store the contract details and will send you your order confirmation and these terms by email. You can also access them in your customer account.

4. Delivery and Shipping

We deliver only to addresses within Europe, North America and Oceania.

Shipping is free to the countries listed above. Delivery is carried out via standard shipping.

If a parcel must be resent due to an address entered incorrectly by the buyer, we reserve the right to charge a reshipping fee of £2.99. It is the buyer's responsibility to verify all address details before completing the order.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

  • Credit Card: your credit card will be charged once the order is confirmed.
  • PayPal / PayPal Express: you will be redirected to PayPal to authorise payment. The transaction will be processed immediately after order confirmation.

6. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. Transport Damage

If your delivery shows visible damage, please document it with photographs, report it to the delivery company immediately, and contact us without delay.

Failing to report damage will not affect your legal rights, but it helps us claim from the courier or insurer.

8. Warranty and Guarantees

Statutory warranty rights apply. For used items:

  • Defects that appear after one year from delivery are excluded.
  • Defects within the first year may be claimed under the legal 2-year warranty period.

9. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (UK/EU)

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of delivery, in line with UK and EU consumer law. Full withdrawal instructions are available in our Refund Policy.

9.1 Return Shipping Fee

If a return is processed using our free returns portal, PremierMAN (BMM DIGITAL LTD) reserves the right to deduct a £2.99 flat fee from the refund. The remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days.

10. Voluntary Exchange Policy

In addition to your statutory withdrawal rights, we offer a 30-day exchange window from the order date on all products purchased via premier-man.com.

Returned items must be in new condition (not worn for extended periods), with tags attached and in their original packaging. Items purchased on external marketplaces are not covered by this policy.

Returns received after the 30-day period will not be processed, and no refund will be issued.

10.1 Exchanges for Gifted Items

Exchanges by the recipient (secondary owner) are only possible if full information about the original purchaser is provided (name, address, email, order number, invoice). Without this data, the return cannot be processed and the item will be donated. A return to the sender is not possible.

11. Undeliverable Shipments

If your parcel cannot be delivered after several attempts for reasons outside our control, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the order is treated as cancelled.

We will refund all payments received (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of receiving the returned parcel.

12. PremierMAN Bundles – Discount Policy

When purchasing discounted bundles, the discount applies only if all items in the bundle are kept.

If one item is returned, the full price of the remaining items will be recalculated, and the refund for the returned item may be reduced accordingly.

Please note that partial returns on bundles will result in a lower overall refund than the original bundle price.

13. Liability

We are fully liable for:

  • Injury to life, body or health;
  • Intentional or grossly negligent conduct;
  • Warranty promises (where agreed);
  • Liability under product safety legislation.

For minor negligence in essential obligations ("cardinal duties"), our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damages. All other claims are excluded.

14. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
